This branch is the most convenient base for an urban itinerary focused on Old Street, Nanping Pedestrian Mall and Shuncheng shopping centre. Kunming Old Street is roughly 380 metres on foot, Shuncheng is 110 metres away, and Wuyi Road station (Line 3 and Line 5) is 260 metres away. The front desk and check-in lobby are located on the 7th floor.

The Superior Double (高级大床房) has a window and measures 30–33 m². For two separate beds, the Superior Twin provides two single beds across the same floor plan. If traveling as a family, the 56 m² Family Suite (尊享家庭套房) includes two double beds and is strictly non-smoking.

Positioned midway between park greenery and central dining, this branch puts Green Lake Park a 510-metre walk away and Kunming Old Street 700 metres away. Huashan West Road metro station (Line 5) is roughly 550 metres away.

Be alert when choosing room categories: select the standard Superior Double (高级大床房) for 20–25 m², a window and a non-smoking room. The Superior Double A (高级大床房A) and Twin A categories are windowless. For twin beds, book the standard Twin with window (22–25 m²).

The 3rd-floor laundry room features washing machines and dryers. Breakfast is served 07:00–10:00 for CNY 40 per adult, and is free for children aged 12 and under. One guest reported that their Superior Double door faced the fourth-floor restaurant, where diners could see the door; request a room away from it if that matters to you. Despite "Dongfeng Square" appearing in its marketing name, the nearby station is Jiaosanqiao (交三桥), about 30 metres away. Kunming Old Street is a 1.2 km walk or a short taxi ride away. This is an efficient transit stop for arriving by metro or taking morning trains from Kunming Railway Station.

The Selected Double (精选大床房) has a window, is non-smoking and has 23 m² of floor space. For small families, the 25 m² Selected Family Twin (精选亲子双床房) provides one double bed and one single bed. Both rooms are smaller than the Superior rooms at Atour Nanping.

The property lists a dryer and free laundry service. Breakfast runs 07:00–10:00 at CNY 38 per adult, and is complimentary for children aged 17 and under. One guest reported some morning noise and said the soundproofing could be improved; request a quiet room if that matters to you.

Always use the Dongfeng West Road address when setting taxi drop-offs. Opened in 2026, this newer branch sits about 750 metres from Green Lake Park and 1.5 km west of Kunming Old Street. It is better suited to quiet mornings around the lake than late-night dining in Nanping.

The Superior City View Double (高级城景大床房) measures 27 m², is non-smoking and sits on floors 5 and 6 with a window. For extended stays, the 90 m² Courtyard Suite (尊享庭院套房) has one king bed and a window and is non-smoking.
